Custom coupons, exclusive content, sneak peaks to services and products they are releasing, backstage access and information on how their products are conceived from thought to action to finished product, insider info on events they are throwing, or even, exclusive content for those visiting their store at that time.

Small business: 16 Handles

16 Handles is an American frozen yogurt chain, a couple of years ago, the chain asked its clients to send snaps of their in-store experience back to 16 handles and they received coupons from the company for their future visits.

Visibility Boosters: Dove Self-Esteem

As part of their years-long effort to build the self-esteem of women and girls, Dove took a chance on Snapchat and started introducing snaps to their self-esteem weekend events, sending snaps and soliciting replies from their followers. They have had great success over the last couple of years with their new initiative.

Vice Magazine has been using Snapchat to promote their upcoming documentaries and docu-series and promoting a dialogue between their subscribers about what they want to see and experience through vice magazine. It is a very basic and effective way to create visibility and help your followers direct your creative efforts.

Sales Boosting – Groupon

Groupon has launched a Snapchat campaign, where they send followers exclusive sneak peeks on Groupons before they are released to anyone else, (pre-orders), codes for discounts, and users can personally request Groupon coupons directly from the company through creative snaps.
